Back ground:

Trung tâm Tư vấn và Thiết kế Xây dựng is a state-owned business, etablished according to the Decision No. 263 /1996/QD-TCNS dated 11, May 1996 with the international transaction Name of Consulting Center for Design & Construction (Shorten named  “CCDC”). It’s former - CCDC - was the dependent legal status under Vietnam Chemical Corporation. After 9 years of effective operation, CCDC has been formally subjected to Vietnam Industrial Construction Corporation according to the Decision No. 03/1999/QD-BCN granted by Ministry of Industry issued on 19, January 1999.

With the  united and powerful Board of Director and a contingent of engineers who have skill, experienced and enthusiasm of creative labour, CCDC has full capable to   undertake and to complete projects with the moderate and big scale in design, bidding of construction projects, establishment of feasibility study and other fields and winning the trust and high appreciation of domestic and foreign Client.

CCDC has also established the relationship with and in search of  joint-operations, co-operation with collaborators and foreign & domestic leading experts to ensure the Client’s requirement on quality, time schedule for projects and closely co-operation with foreign consultancy companies such as Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Chinese, British, Australia, American etc. Through such activities, CCDC has progressively kept space with the international construction markets, trained a team of experienced proficient engineers and experts who have foreign language standards and experience in work following the modern processing technology.
